Privacy Policy

How IZZA Cabinetry collects, uses, and protects information. Effective October 6, 2026.

IZZA Cabinetry ("IZZA Cabinetry," "we," "us," or "our") operates izzacabinetry.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit the Site, submit an inquiry, request samples, apply to become a dealer, or otherwise interact with us, and explains how we use, share, and safeguard that information.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form on the Site — including our contact and project inquiry forms, sample requests, dealer applications, and trade program registrations — we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP or postal code, the role that best describes you (homeowner, dealer, designer, builder or remodeler, architect, or other), details about your project, and any message or files you choose to share.
  • Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from other sources. Our dealers, trade partners, and service providers may share information with us in connection with a request you have made — for example, when we route an inquiry to a dealer in your area or when a dealer submits a project on your behalf.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to your inquiries and connect you with the right dealer, sales representative, or team member.
  • Process sample requests, dealer applications, training registrations, and trade program enrollments.
  • Provide, maintain, operate, and improve the Site, our products, and our services.
  • Send you information about our products, programs, and promotions, including by email, where permitted by law.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, our dealers, and us.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

Forms on the Site are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Google Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).

How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use third-party companies for hosting, information technology, analytics, email delivery, and similar services. They may access information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
  • Dealers and trade partners. When you ask us to connect you with a dealer or a member of our trade network, we share the information needed to respond to your request.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if it is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
